This flooring is part of the Timberland Collection from Bruce. This collection is made up of the same exact product models in Bruce's 1st Quality product line, just like you would find in your local flooring store, but the Timberland products are selected out due to natural character markings in the hardwood, and not given a manufacturer's warranty. These character markings may include knots, mineral streaks, and natural grain variation. Occasional cartons may also include one or more boards with manufacturing defects, although there is very little manufacturer's defects present. We have sold hundreds of thousands of square feet of Bruce Timberland flooring products, and have found that by ordering 10% overage, you will have more than enough flooring to account for manufacturing defects that may be present. This flooring is truely a great deal.
